This is bias tape that I received as a gift. I don't even know what bias tape is, so I'm not sure about its condition. It says 1.5, so I'm guessing that's the width, but I'm not sure. I'm hoping someone who can use it will take it. Excluding the white one, it looks like it's been partially used, I think. The white one is probably unused.
