I purchased it about 10 years ago at a store in Canada. I'm selling it because I haven't been using it much lately. The main body is genuine leather, and the brim is 100% cotton knit. Being made of genuine leather, it's quite warm, so it was useful in cold places. If you take good care of it, I think it's an item that will last a lifetime. I've kept it carefully, so there are generally no scratches, but as you can see in the photo, the top button (the little nub on top) is slightly chipped.
