This is a 21 JEWELS PRECISION, a successor to the famous 19 Seiko, which was first released in Japan in 1929 as a railway watch and adopted as the JNR (Japanese National Railways) railway watch. It features a white dial and black hands. This is a popular watch known for its accuracy and excellent visibility, adopted by the JNR and other railway companies. Although it is a watch from the 1970s, there are scratches on the case and back cover, but the crystal and dial are clean. Based on the serial number (330971), this unit was manufactured in March 1973 at the Seiko Sha Suwa factory. The watch has been tested and is working properly.
