It might be hard to tell from the photos, but the material is not fabric or leather; it seems to be vinyl. I think they would look cool and refreshing if you wear them barefoot in the coming season. The size is listed as 36, which converts to a Japanese size of 23, so I have listed it as such. I usually wear a 22.5 and they fit perfectly, but these felt a little big on me. Please note that there are individual differences in size, so returns due to size differences are not accepted. I am open to some price negotiation. Shipping will be via standard mail or Yu-Yu mail.
