We roast coffee in Osaka. We are opening a shop to let everyone enjoy various coffees, starting with small batches. A dark roast blend made by a coffee shop!! This blend combines medium and dark roasted beans, suppressing acidity and emphasizing a rich aroma, bitterness, and body. Bitterness: ★★★★ Acidity: ★ Sweetness: ★ Origin: Colombia, Brazil, Indonesia, Yemen or Ethiopia Based on dark roasted beans, this blend suppresses acidity and emphasizes a rich aroma, bitterness, and body. ・Fragrant, bitter coffee. ・Can be used as coffee for espresso. ・You can enjoy a strong coffee even when using a paper filter. ・Please try it as café au lait, iced coffee, or iced au lait. We have also obtained the JCQA Green Coffee Bean Appraiser certification and are working hard every day to create delicious coffee. We roast using a Fuji Royal semi-hot air roaster. If you would like the coffee ground, please leave a comment. (If there is no request, we will send it as whole beans.) The expiration date is 180 days after roasting. The best time to enjoy the flavor without losing it is about 2 to 3 weeks after arrival. After opening, store in a zip lock bag or a highly gas-barrier sealed container in a cool place. Refrigeration and freezing are not prohibited, but be careful as coffee absorbs odors from the refrigerator. Also, be sure to return it to room temperature before use.
