Please take a moment to read the self-introduction. Used once, there is a slight smudge on the forehead. Other than that, I think there are no noticeable flaws, but there may be oversights. Please understand that this is USED and a personal inspection. It's a classic talk hat with a ribbon. The box is dirty.
