A 1950s-60s Tart Optical Arnel. Size: 46-22 The lenses are non-prescription flat glass lenses, installed by a vintage eyewear store in Osaka. The 44-24 size seems to be the most popular in the market, but I think this 46-22 size fits Japanese people the best. There is no smell from the frame, nor is there any material degradation.
