This is the 2019 (42nd) Charity T-shirt. The design was created by Satoshi Ohno of Arashi. Satoshi Ohno has been involved in the design a total of three times, and this is his second time designing it alone, following 2004. A single lotus flower in full bloom is drawn on top of clasped hands, expressing human life as "overcoming all suffering and sadness to bloom a single flower." It has been worn a few times.
