This is an acrylic stand from Nijisanji's Akase Wen Welcome Goods. I opened it once and assembled it, then put it back in the bag and stored it in a dark place. As shown in the second image, there are some folds and stains on the bag, so I'm listing it as "no noticeable scratches or stains."
