It's a lovely piece with a contrasting design of paulownia arabesque patterns on a navy blue background for the top and bottom. The skirt was made by unraveling a large furoshiki with seams and sewing together a single, horizontally long piece of fabric. Because there are no unnecessary seams, the line that flares out at the hem is very beautiful.
