It was used on carpet and P-tile surfaces, so there are signs of use, scratches, and some rust on the screws. It's set up to my liking, so please adjust the settings to your preference after purchase! Lipo batteries and radio batteries are not included to prevent fire during shipping. Please prepare them yourself. A programmer is also included, but the cable to connect to the ESC is missing. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
