Since I'm not entirely sure, I'm listing it as "Like New." Because it's unopened, I haven't checked it myself. JADA TOYS models sometimes have paint imperfections from the manufacturing process, so please consider those as they are. It's a relatively simple model, but I think it captures the features well, such as the overfenders, and has a good atmosphere. This model is no longer in production and is hard to find.
