Purchased in 2011. Since only about 100 capsules have been used, the condition is quite good for its age. Instruction manual (red booklet) included. Operation confirmed just before packing. As for noticeable scratches, there is a small scratch shown in photo 5. In addition, there is some white scuffing on the part where the water tank is attached, but there are no other noticeable scratches. Please ultimately judge the condition based on the photos. Hot water was run through it just before packing, so please be aware that some water may remain in the internal pipes.
