This is a long-sleeved cut-and-sew top from Familiar. It's made of a slightly thick material and has cute embroidery on the chest. There are traces of a name sticker having been removed (please refer to the last photo). It can be worn under a jumper skirt, on its own, or even for formal occasions. It's white, and I didn't see any particular stains, but it's a used item that a child has worn, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to this.
