These are sparkly glitter sandals from Hawkins Sport. The size is 15cm, but they could be worn from around 14cm. The heels are soft, so they didn't cause blisters. The straps are also Velcro, making them easy for children to put on themselves, and they seemed easy to walk in. They also go well with princess dresses and other costumes.
