I don't know the official name, but these are winter shorts from mont-bell. They appear to be reversible shorts that mont-bell releases every year. I used to wear them with tights when running in the dead of winter. They're reversible, with a black quilted material (like down) on one side and a smooth, water-repellent navy material on the other. Both sides have pockets. I haven't worn them many times, but they've been stored at home, so please understand.
