The ZR button is sometimes difficult to press, about once every three times, but it doesn't seem to affect the operation much. There's a small crack on the right side (see image). The plus button is slightly indented (no problem pressing it). I've been using it for several years. Cable not included. No other operational issues. Instant purchase OK.
