These are the iron bar grips used in the gymnastics classes at Nippon Sport Science University. Without them, your hands get pretty beat up, so having them makes it easier to perform skills and is safer, I think. The gripping part has some rust and is dirty, but there are no problems with use. I will sell them a little cheaper.
