I bought this last year as a must-have item for walking or cheering, as it provides a cooling sensation when wet with water, wrung out, and wrapped around the neck. I used it once and then stored it. I discarded the instructions, but it's the type that regains its cooling effect when wrung out again if it gets warm. Please understand that this is a used item.
