This is a Sea to Summit daypack. I've used it for several years, but there's no stickiness on the inside. Please understand that it's not in like-new condition before making a purchase. It's made of smooth CORDURA fabric, making it easy to pack small. I've attached a small carabiner to create a chest harness-like setup, but it can be easily removed, so please use it as you like.
