This is a Liz Lisa frilly velour camisole. It has cute button closures in the front and is easy to wear. I searched for it, but it seems like there aren't many of the same item listed. I believe it's from about 20 years ago. I bought it and loved it, but I didn't wear it much, so I kept it stored away because it felt wasteful.
