Used about 20 times for pier and sea fishing park fishing. Last used without any problems at a sea fishing park 1 year ago. I think it's relatively clean, but please understand that this is based on a layman's assessment. There are some scratches and small marks from use. There is no box or bag. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to these things. No claims, no returns.
