These are short shorts made of a swishy material. The color is navy blue! I didn't include a picture of the tag because there was no size listed. I'm 150cm tall and usually wear a size S, and these fit perfectly. Please use this as a reference. The rise is low, which I don't really like, so I've only worn them twice since I bought them. There are no stains or frays, and they are in excellent condition, so I've listed them as "Like New."
