One side of the edge is unfinished. There may be some fraying of the fibers at the beginning of use. The old towel sheets were washed, cut with scissors, and sewn with a sewing machine. There are some fraying, misalignment, and puckering of the sewing machine thread. The towel sheets themselves have been washed many times and have dullness, fluffing, pilling, tears, wear, and stains. These are simply recycled and upcycled cleaning cloths from towel sheets, so please purchase them if you don't mind these imperfections.
