Good condition, no damage. This is a black tea bowl by Rakuyaki potter Chōraku Ogawa from Kyoto. Judging by the calligraphy on the tomobako and the seal on the tea bowl, it is the work of the second generation. The lower part of the tea bowl's body has an indentation like a cinched waist, and the area below the indentation is shaped with a twisted carving. It's not immediately obvious, but it's a black tea bowl with subtle variations. Overall, it is thinly made, and the interior is quite wide. The rim is slightly narrowed inward. The first photo shows the firing marks facing forward. There is a seal next to the foot. Shipping is planned for a 60-size cardboard box. Thank you for your consideration.
