This is an old Schaller-style strap lock. I bought it about 30 years ago. The pin and the locking part on one side are worn. While it catches, it comes off easily. I cleaned off as much dirt as possible, but there is still rust and dullness. Also, screws are not included. Perfect for someone who only needs one side.
