The drops this time are a salmon color, close to red, and are beautiful pieces that highlight light and transparency. Perhaps it's the glass unique to this era. Vintage Murano drops have a gentle roundness, and the light and color change as if rippling from the tip to the bottom. The glass is inherently transparent, but these ripples are a testament to the era! Please refer to the photo (10th photo) ♡ According to an expert, the pinks of that era seem to have only been salmon pink, and I heard that they glow ruby red depending on the light. First of all, they have a substantial weight, and when flicked with a finger, they produce a hard glass sound like striking a stone. When a black light is shone in the dark, they have a red glow (UV reaction) comparable to uranium glass. Because they contain selenium mixed with uranium, they are a beautiful pink when lit. They sometimes appear red depending on the light, but I love this accidental redness (o^^o). This is truly beautiful, and isn't this the charm of antique drops? They can be attached to your existing chandelier or lamp stand. I apologize for my poor photography, but the drop is salmon pink ♡ it's truly lovely.
