"Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age" It's a bit more expensive than the average price, but I believe it contains save data with a level 99 character and fairly decent equipment. I sold my 3DS, so I haven't confirmed it's working, but it was booting up a little while ago. #games
