This is a brand new, unused pepper mill from Monopol, Germany. It's made with a wooden body and has a natural finish, which will blend beautifully into your kitchen. The wood is likely to develop a nice patina with use. I purchased this about 5 years ago and have kept it stored at home without ever using it.
