It's larger than usual, so you can wear it over a thick fleece or down jacket, making it versatile. It has snap buttons on the cuffs and the back of the collar, so you can attach that type of down or fleece jacket to it. The 12th photo shows the back of the North Face mark sewn onto the left arm. Waterproof tape is securely applied.
