This item was purchased a few years ago as a member benefit of the Chunichi Dragons fan club. It's a neck pillow that you can clip around your neck. It is 40 centimeters in total length, with a neck circumference of about 15 centimeters. I haven't used it much, but it has been stored indoors, so it's not unused.
