This is a Sylvanian Families Red Roof Cottage. Overall, I believe the condition is good, but there were two spots that look like they were written on with a pen or crayon. I would appreciate it if you don't mind these marks. I threw away the original box, so it will be shipped in a cardboard box. Sylvanian Families, House
