There are no [Kanyu] (crazing). This is very rare and precious. There are [Meato] (stilt marks). ◎ Otherwise, there are no cracks, chips, or damage such as scratches or minor imperfections, and it is a vintage item in good condition with a glossy finish. [Meato] (Stilt marks) These are due to the old manufacturing methods of the time and are found on most products. [Kanyu] (Crazing) Ceramics are fired at high temperatures after applying glaze to the base. At that time, the glaze melts and forms a glass-like layer that covers the base. After firing, the temperature of the ceramic decreases, and the degree of shrinkage differs between the base and the glaze. If this difference is large, the glaze layer will crack and harden. There are no cracks in the ceramic itself, and it is not a damaged item. This is called [Kanyu] (crazing) and is often seen in antiques and vintage items.
