I used this item with great care, and it's incredibly cute. However, I accidentally rubbed a ballpoint pen on it while filling out a medical questionnaire at the pharmacy. I considered trying to remove it with cleansing products, but I was afraid to, so I left it as is. The second image shows the mark most clearly. I apologize that I couldn't take a better picture, but please take a close look. Other than that, I haven't used it much, so I think it's in beautiful condition. I recently gave birth to my second child, and I've only been using shoulder bags lately, so I'd like to pass this on to someone who will cherish it while it's still in good condition. I'm truly sorry about the pen mark.
