This is a band (belt) to secure 1-2 propane gas (LP gas) cylinders to prevent them from tipping over. It has been opened. The third photo is for illustration purposes; it shows an unopened one. Ideal for food trucks and campervans. It won't rust like chain cylinder holders, and it doesn't make clanging noises.
