This is the "TSE (Tone Stability Enhancer)" tuning part sold by Seibold in Germany. By installing it between the rotary components, it provides a moderate sense of resistance, which has the effect of making the sound's sweet spot clearer. I am selling it because I will no longer be using it. Personally, I felt it was quite effective. Thank you.
