This is a simple and easy-to-use LED lighting fixture made by Koizumi. Originally, I had four of these, but this is the last one. I have to sell it because I can't install it in my new home, which has downlights. Returns/refunds are not accepted to prevent swapping. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. Please also refer to the images. I do not recommend purchasing if you are concerned. Koizumi KP-120e 11n (There is a single dot-like scratch on the surface cover (see image).
