This is an item being sold to organize my collection. I purchased it on Yahoo Auctions a long time ago. One side of the box ends is sealed with cellophane tape, but the other side is not, so the vehicle can be taken out. However, the vehicle is in a transparent plastic bag and does not appear to have been opened. I believe it is unused, but it is old and has been in someone's possession, so I cannot guarantee it is new. Therefore, I have listed it as "Like new." It has been unopened since I purchased it. I have not checked the operation. Please consider the above before purchasing.
