This is a DRESSTERIOR skirt with fine pleats. The lining (petticoat) is navy, and the tulle is black. The soft tulle has a nice drape, making it suitable for a mature look. The size is 34, and the actual measurements are: waist 29 cm, length 80 cm. There is some pilling around the waist. It can be removed with a pill remover, but I haven't removed it because it might snag. I don't think it's noticeable when worn.
