This is a Paw Patrol Mega Bloks set. It's the Ryder's Tower set. The condition isn't great, but it comes with the assembly instructions. There is no box. I don't think there are any missing blocks, but I apologize if I missed anything. Please understand that this is a toy that children have played with before, and consider this before purchasing. As a bonus, I'll include Rubble's bulldozer from the same series. This one does not have assembly instructions.
