I purchased these shoes for attending weddings several times. I used different shoes for travel to avoid getting them dirty, and only wore these at the venues. They are simple, stylish, and comfortable. The price is set as a Shimamura price, so I recommend these if you are looking for formal shoes! There are black marks left from a transparent insole that I used. They are not sticky. There is no problem with use, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
