This is a 2002 SHARP DVD player I received from an acquaintance. The power and disc tray open/close functions work, but when a DVD is inserted, the screen displays but does not play, and there is no sound. I am unsure if the problem is with the unit itself or the included cable, so I am selling it as junk. The remote control works normally. I welcome purchases from those who can use it for parts or repair, and those who understand its condition. I will not accept price negotiation comments.
