This is a vibrant blue half-zip fleece from Montbell, made in the 90s. I bought it new back then. The hem has elastic to keep out the cold from below. There's a subtle "montbell" logo on the left chest. The zipper has a nylon placket behind it, which helps to block the wind around the neck while preventing the zipper from rubbing against the skin. There's little fading, and it's still a retro item that can be worn for a long time.
