Overall, there are some scratches and a crack on the back of the case as shown in the photos. I remember buying and playing this over 10 years ago, but please note that it's a North American version, so you'll need a North American PS console or Swap Magic to play it. I think it's a pretty rare game these days. The gameplay is similar to Mortal Kombat.
