It has plenty of volume with the frills, and the fluffy, flared hem is a lovely design, even without a petticoat. The ribbon on the back was originally detachable with safety pins, but has been sewn on directly. It has been used, but there are no noticeable frays or stains, and it is still in good condition to wear. Please check the condition in the photos. Flower crown It has comb pins to prevent slipping. You can remove them easily by cutting the thread. The ribbon had some fraying, so the ends have been trimmed, making them slightly shorter. Please refer to the photos.
