The small items are placed haphazardly, so I've marked them as having scratches and dirt, but the main house was only displayed at home. There is new furniture not shown in the photos, so I plan to include it. I've included a lot of figures and small items, so I think you'll have plenty to enjoy. This is the Light-Up House and figures/furniture purchased at Sylvanian Families Toys "R" Us. Includes a piano, part of the hospital series, a bed, a dresser, a washing machine, a toilet, a shower, chairs, and more. Some items were received from friends, but my child didn't play with them, only displayed them, so please consider this if you are concerned about dust, etc. The small items are haphazardly placed in a plastic container, but please understand that I will send them in the case as is.
