I replaced the showerhead with a different one two days after installation. My family was very particular about water pressure, so there was nothing wrong with the product itself. It's a 3-mode Active (metal finish) showerhead. You can switch between three types of water flow: comfort wave, active wave, and warm pillar, using the button on the handle. Wave spray is a new TOTO technology that creates a periodic vortex in the water flow by hitting the water against obstacles inside the nozzle, causing it to swing rapidly (about 200 times per second) from side to side and spray with force.
