No box or instruction manual. Batteries go into the handle, and it plays engine sounds and music. Operation confirmed. Turning the yellow knob on the right side of the handle to ON will play the engine sound, and pressing the red button in the middle will play music. The white parts are slightly yellowed. Includes a blue car as an accessory. Since a child used it, there are minor scratches and peeling of the print. Please understand. The handle and front wheels will be detached for shipping. To attach them, simply insert the front wheel rods and attach the handle; it's easy to assemble. *We have cleaned it as much as possible with disinfectant wipes, but we have not disassembled and cleaned each screw individually. Please purchase with an understanding of its used condition.
