It's a 26.0, but please note that Clarks sneakers tend to run large. I usually wear 27.0cm sneakers (Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Converse), but these 26.0cm fit just right to slightly large. The included polyester flat shoelaces felt cheap, so I've replaced them with waxed round laces, so please be aware of that.
