The Washu-kai is a veterans' association/alumni organization formed by former Japanese Navy aviation officer candidates (reserve students, reserve cadets, reserve flight officers, etc.). The size is adjustable with an adjuster, but I think it can fit up to about 60cm. The embroidery is faded, and there are noticeable stains on the inside of the cap. There is a name written on the inside. There are no tears or noticeable fraying. It will be shipped via Nekopos. Please understand that it may lose its shape slightly before purchasing. I have tried to include photos to show any noticed scratches and stains as clearly as possible, but please be aware that there may be other minor scratches and stains.
